You can call any of our locations directly to place an order by phone for pickup at that location. Orders placed through our website are delivery only and cannot be picked up at our locations. If you specifically need to pickup at one of our locations, the order must be placed directly over the phone or in person.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Delivery takes 7-10 days across Canada.
Shipping may be delayed due to a high volume of orders, courier issues or problems that are outside of our control. Dangerous Goods Orders (Fireworks, Sparklers, Fountains, and Smoke) cannot be shipped by air and are shipped by Ground Transportation by our company or a 3rd party delivery service.
Dangerous Goods cannot be shipped using Canada Post. Dangerous Goods may only be shipped within Canada.
Shipping Rates
Consumers buying at retail, simple flat rate shipping: For customers buying at retail (you do not have a wholesale account with us), we offer $35 flat rate shipping to all Provinces in Canada except for NT, NV, YK, NL where it’s $75.

FREE Shipping minimums are before taxes and after applicable discounts are applied.
If your order contains any type of Dangerous Goods (Fireworks, Sparklers, Fountains, and Smoke) it cannot be delivered to a P.O. box.
Generally, Big Rig Fireworks ltd. does not offer returns or exchanges on any of our dangerous goods products due to their nature. All sales are final.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We cannot guarantee shipping times. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible but once it’s in the hands of the shipping company it is beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays. We will do our best to help track your shipment and resolve any issues that may arise.
Most of Canada have shipping times of 7-10 Days.
More remote areas (Territories and Newfoundland for example) can be several days longer.
