Here are the answers to some of the most common questions we get asked.

Payment, Orders, & Shipping

We are dedicated to giving you the best prices and discounts we can. For online orders, we are able to offer a better price than in our physical store locations because we can cut a number of logistical costs. Online orders ship quickly, direct from our manufacturer warehouse, cutting out our shipping, stocking, and staffing costs instore, and we pass those savings on to our online shoppers.  we can’t offer tat discount in person, due to those added costs.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

If a product is out of stock we will substitute it with another item of equal value. Why is this done? To expedite shipping your order.

We cannot ship Dangerous Goods to PO Boxes. Please provide us with a fire address or a pickup point. Dangerous Good items include Sparklers, Fireworks, Fountains, Cake Fountains, and more.

Bylaws, Permits, & Licencing

The federal regulations require that a person must be 18 years or older to purchase fireworks.

To be certified to handle professional display fireworks, you must have your Display Fireworks certification. Product Information

The top selling firework items have been “Multishot cakes” which are multi-tubed items that contain a variety of effects that are typically seen at a professional fireworks display. Shots range from 7 to 100 shots and fire vertically straight up or angled in a fan pattern.

A Family Pack is an assortments of fireworks designed for a cost effective family-friendly show.

These cakes are a combination of fast pace, loud breaks, and consistent effects. We recommend you add one to every show. The Pro Pyro Aerial Shells offer big loud bursts! Most of the brands we carry will have a “Pro Pyro” category. Enjoy!

It will have an indication of “Pack” in the description of the item.

The question comes up often because customers want to sit back and watch their shows from a distance. “Fusing together” consumer fireworks it’s not legal to do so. To answer the question more specifically, yes you may purchase Cannon fuse (aka Visco Fuse) and Electric Matches, however you will need to get a federal certification for purchasing and using these products.

There is hope though! We sell an electric, non-pyrotechnic igniter, called the “Talon Igniter” which simply clips to the green fuse of the consumer firework then to an electronic firing system. Once connected you can sit back at a safe distance, press a button and watch the show!

You will need your Authority Having Jurisdiction (Fire Chief of your local Fire Department) to sign off on it before you send the form in.

Check out our electronic firing systems which are connected to a Talon igniter. Simply clip this igniter to the fuse of your firework and then to your firing system. You’ll be able to sit back, press a button and watch the show!

  • Soak. Completely submerge fireworks in a bucket of water. Allow to soak 24 hours.
  • Wrap. Double wrap soaked fireworks in plastic wrap or plastic bags so they do not dry out.
  • Dispose. Place wrapped bags in regular household garbage and take to your local solid waste facility.

A “Firecracker” is:
Not to be confused with “firecracklers” (designed to spin and crackle on the ground) a firecracker is a small rolled paper tube containing flash powder, typically braided by their fuses into long strings. When the fuse is lit, the flame travels to the inside of the firecracker and ignites the powder, causing it to explode.
